Después de un desastre nuclear, el mundo esta a punto de ser destruido. Junto el estreno de la última película de aniversario de Hokuto no Ken (Kenshiro den) se estrenó una serie animada de 13 capítulos, basados en Raoh Gaiden Ten no Hao, producidos por Satelight junto con Tokyo MX; narra la historia del antagonista principal (Raoh) y su camino hacia la dominación.
